Services & Process
It is simple. Schedule a pickup online or through our app. We will swing by during your chosen window to collect your laundry. Our team washes, dries, and folds your clothing with care, then delivers it back to you fresh and neatly packed within 24 hours or 48 hours for standard service.
No need! We sort everything for you by color and fabric type to ensure optimal cleaning. However, if you have specific items that need special attention (like delicate wash or hang dry), please place them in a separate bag and leave a note.
We use premium, hypoallergenic, and eco-friendly detergents that are tough on stains but gentle on skin and fabrics. If you have specific preferences (like scent-free), you can select them when booking.
Pricing & Payment
Yes, our minimum order for pickup and delivery is 15 lbs. Orders under this weight will be charged at the 15 lb minimum rate.
We accept secure online payments via Stripe. You'll be able to pay for your order seamlessly and securely.
Never. Our pricing is transparent—per pound for clothing, and per item for bedding sets. Pickup and delivery are always free.
Care & Safety
While rare, accidents can happen. We have strict tracking protocols and quality checks. If an item is lost or damaged while in our care, we have a reimbursement policy in place. Please report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
Absolutely not. We never mix customer orders. Your clothing is washed in their own dedicated machine to ensure hygiene and peace of mind.
