1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fresh Fold Express's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Fresh Fold Express provides laundry pickup, wash, fold, and delivery services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Pickup and Delivery

• We will make reasonable efforts to pickup and deliver items within the scheduled time windows.
• You agree to provide a safe and accessible location for pickup and delivery.
• Fresh Fold Express is not responsible for laundry left unattended before pickup or after delivery.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

While we exercise great care, we are not responsible for:

• Items labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" included in the wash and fold bag.
• Damage due to normal wear and tear.
• Loss of small items like buttons or jewelry left in pockets.

Any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards. Prices are subject to change with notice.
